| so yeah. i FINALLY talked to arbella today. they are offering me $810. which is crap. so i talked to commerce and they said that didnt sound right so they are going to try to negotiate. they looked it up in the blue book and they said it was prob worth $1325, not $900. so yeah. we are going to try to get more. not to mention, arbella is trying to only pay me 90% of the damage because my car hit hers on the drivers door and not closer towards the front. which is crap. there is no way that i caused that accident at all. she had a blinking red light, and was taking a left out of a side street, as i am travelling on the main road with a blinking yellow light. duh. obviously not my fault. and ALSO, it has been more than three weeks, and i still dont have any money. so i am thinking they BETTER offer me more than that, because that is ridiculous. but yeah. thats about it for now. im still waiting for a call back, so i guess i will find out tomorrow. finally. the sarah | | |
| so yeah. i got into an accident like more than three weeks ago, and i still havnt gotten any money for it. im angry. im sick of not having a car. its the worst ever. so i called arbella today, which is the other person's insurance company and the lady i need to talk to was at lunch. shes ALWAYS at freaking lunch. i swear, no matter what time i call, shes at lunch. but anyways, so i called commerce, which is my insurance company, and asked if maybe they could call arbella for me later and find out whats going on. so they did and commerce left me a voicemail saying that the car was definitely totalled (duh) and that arbella would call me before the end of today. freaking liars. their offices close in 6 minutes and i still havnt gotten a call. so i just called and the lady i have to talk to left at 4. freaking great. i HATE this. its driving me insane. i havnt gotten ANY information from them yet. how long do they expect me to wait? like seriously. this is ridiculous. accidents are the worst ever. i guess im going to have to call again tomorrow. too bad little miss claim adjuster is at lunch 24 hours a day. gosh. | | |
| ok so apparently the wrong insurance company came and appraised my car. awesome...? but yeah. arbella is coming to look at it tomorrow. hopefully i big fat check will be at my door by next week. i neeeeed a car. i cant live without one. its driving me insane. but yeah. i want a new car by the 6th so that i can go pick up alex from upstate NY. roadtrip much? yeah i want cristine to come with me, but she would have to skip school... so yeah. i dont even know if im gonna go yet. i mean... 6 hours to get there. ugh. but yeah. it could happen. hopefully i have a sweet new car by then. im hopingggg. | | |
